INTERNATIONAL
We don't currently offer international delivery.

DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES
We send orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. 
Contact us if you need something urgently and we'll do our best to help meet your deadline.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150
- Available within the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Not available for businesses ordering at wholesale prices.
- For rural delivery addresses, an additional charge of $4 applies.
- Available when FREE SHIPPING displayed on the header bar, otherwise the flat rate of $9 applies.

PO BOXES
We can’t ship to PO Box addresses, only physical delivery addresses.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We don't currently offer this as an option however, if you live in the Bay of Plenty please contact us and we may be able to accomodate this for large orders.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with whatever you buy from us, so please contact us if you have any problems and we’ll work it out.
